I’m Jacob Penner AKA Jake, a Detroit based cinematographer and filmmaker with a passion for visual storytelling. My work focuses on creating cinematic imagery that captures emotion, atmosphere, and authenticity.
From fashion films and commercial productions to personal creative projects, I approach every production with a unique perspective and an appreciation for the art of filmmaking.
I believe filmmaking is more than simply capturing beautiful visuals. It’s about creating something meaningful, something that tells a story, evokes emotion, and leaves a lasting impression.
